I’m going to be honest with you, it used to make my skin crawl listening to people talk about manifesting their dream life. Growing up, I’d been inundated by the idea that you had to sacrifice all of your time and energy for success. A deal with the devil, if you will. And when I was having trouble bringing my dreams to fruition, I thought it was because I wasn’t working hard enough. So, I worked harder. I sacrificed time with my family, I sacrificed my self-care, and I sacrificed my health & sanity so that I could spend more time focused on work. 

And you know what happened? Like a dog, I chased my tail in circles until I burned myself out. 

Not exactly the results I was looking for. 

I was tired of feeling stuck and with all my other stones already turned, I made a last-ditch effort and jumped on the manifestation bandwagon. What happened next blew my mind. My life changed before my eyes, and not just a little bit.

As I watched my dream life come into fruition around me, I started to see a pattern in my actions. After a lot of self reflection and analysis, I narrowed down a method to making my goals happen.
